Welcome!
Lakeside Community Church exists to praise God, prepare His people for ministry, and proclaim His name both locally and globally. Pastor Jonathan Davis and his family are the church planters for Lakeside Community Church. Jonathan, along with his wife Jennifer, and children Cody, Keegan, Kale and Chloe, have lived in the area for almost four years. Their family is anxious to see a church planted in the community. Since 2004, the Davis family has participated in church planting efforts in Northern Virginia. In 2007, God called them to plant a new church in their community.
Who Are We?

This is an eyebrow raising statement. But to those who have done any study at all, it is not even controversial. (read more)
The Iceland Project
Members of our extended family over at Stafford Baptist Church, the Garman family, after two months of training at the International Learning Center in Richmond recently departed for a two year mission to Iceland. The Iceland Project has been two years in the making and will finally have a somewhat permanent presence since this fellowship answered the call of God to minister to the people of this country. Read more at the Iceland Project website.
Service Times
On April 19th, we will begin meeting weekly at Pastor Jonathan's house at 4 p.m. Visit our Contact page if you plan to attend and we will give you directions. This is an exciting time and we will be spending the next 4-6 months planning on the next step for our church.
